Delete your HOUSEMARK account

Delete in the app

Open Profile, scroll to Delete Account, review the confirmation, type DELETE and confirm. Your server sessions are revoked immediately. The worker then removes account identity, memberships, personal family records, authored posts/replies, contributed archive records and owned media. Apple authorization is revoked when applicable.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] from your verified account email address with the subject HOUSEMARK account deletion. Support must verify that you control the account before processing. If you cannot access that address, describe the access problem so support can arrange an appropriate ownership check. Never send your password or sign-in tokens.

What can remain

Minimized audit/security records and anonymized purchase references can remain for service integrity and required retention. Protected backup copies expire under the configured retention schedule, which defaults to 30 days. Historical records independently sourced or contributed by others may remain; request a privacy or correction review where they identify you. Export access expires seven days after generation. Consult Privacy for the implemented storage/deletion process.

Processing and problems

Deletion is asynchronous after immediate session revocation. Service or provider interruptions can delay physical deletion. Contact support if you need help or want to check a request.
